Mostly Human Psychiatry offers objective ADHD testing for adults instead of relying on questionnaires alone. Patients complete the assessment at home, and the results, together with a clinical evaluation by Xiao Fu, PMHNP-BC, guide whether to begin ADHD treatment and ongoing medication management. Care is by telehealth in five states.
More Than a Questionnaire
Unlike many providers who rely on questionnaires alone, we offer an objective ADHD assessment. Patients complete the evaluation at home, and the results, along with clinical evaluation, guide the decision on whether to begin ADHD treatment.
Why an Objective Assessment Matters
ADHD can look a lot like anxiety, depression, poor sleep, or a demanding season of life. Questionnaires depend on how you happen to feel that week, which makes ADHD easy to overdiagnose, or to miss for years. An objective assessment adds measurable information, so the answer you get is clearer and more reliable.

Testing From the Comfort of Home
You complete the ADHD assessment at home, on your own schedule and in a familiar setting. There's no waiting room and no extra trip. Once it's done, we review the results together.
Bringing the Results Together
The assessment results are one part of the picture. I look at them alongside your history and a clinical evaluation before we decide together whether to begin ADHD treatment. If the results don't point to ADHD, that's still useful. It often helps us understand what is going on, such as anxiety or depression, and what will help.

If Treatment Is Right for You
If we decide to start treatment, ongoing care moves into medication management, with supportive therapy included in every follow-up. Because ADHD often shows up alongside sleep, nutrition, and stress, our integrative approach is part of your plan too.
